Description

We are looking for teachers who have a lot of ideas, enthusiastic in teaching languages, love children. Applicants who have teacher's certificate, have experiences teaching at elementary schools or majored in education will be welcomed. There are 8 American and Canadian full time teachers in our school this year. The teacher will be a homeroom teacher which means a main teacher as in a kindergarten or in a elementary schools taking charge of the class.

About our Students and our School

We are an English bilingual school for children from 2 to 12 years old. Please see our website for more information or just email us. We will send you our brochure (Japanese only) and year plan. We are NOT an Eikaiwa (English conversational) School. We are bilingual international school. 90% of our students are Japanese children who have learned English for more than 1 year in the bilingual environment at school. We support work visas. Felice pronounces Fe-Lee-CHE( "ch" as change)

Housing:

* We have our school's teachers' apartment. 50000-55000 yen/mo
* 1 apartment room is for one person, has 1 bedroom + 1 living room & kitchen + bathroom, about 30m2.
* Furnished, no key money.

Job Description:

* Everyday from Mon-Fri.
* Working hours: 8:30-17:30 (including 1hr break) (working hours may change to 9:30-18:30 based on your teaching position)
* Teaching hours: Approx. 4-5 hours/day

Holidays:

Summer: approx. 10days
Winter: approx. 5 days
Spring: approx. 3 days
National Holidays: approx. 10 days/year based on the Japanese calendar
Paid Holidays: 10 days (including sick leave)
Health insurance (70%coverage): School will pay half of the premium.

* This Contract will be 2 years contract (negotiable).
* It can be renewed.
* The bonus will be paid at the end of the every school year (March).
