The school is looking for younger teachers (preferably female as they already have a larger number of male teachers but they will consider male applicants as well) with a minimum of 3+ years experience and preferably those holding a Masters degree in addition to a teaching license or certificate. Applicants MUST have 'A' Level / AP level teaching experience and must be a native English speaker.
They are a large school of 2300 pupils and the international division is a part of a Chinese school. Classes do not exceed 20 pupils and most of which are gifted students that have excelled in the Chinese National examination. They offer the GCE A- Levels examination through EDEXCEL which is their examining body.
Monthly salary of about 16,000 - 17,000 RMB salary NET (after tax) each month (which is about 18,000 - 19,000 RMB gross) / which is about USD 2503 - 2666 NET per month plus housing (or allowance) and flights.

Teachers must be fully trained to teach in state schools in one of these countries and possess full qualification/certification with teacher training such as a Bachelors or Masters of Education, PGCE, Higher Diploma in Education, etc. South African teachers with only a diploma of education will have very limited opportunities as most Ministries of Education require a Bachelors degree in Education, and do not like the word Diploma.
Please note that these are not jobs teaching English as a foreign language and therefore a TEFL certificate and/or non-educational Bachelors degree alone is not enough.
