Teach Away is now accepting applications for English Language Professional positions. ELPs will work within a cluster of Malaysian government schools in rural Malaysian settings, with the aim of improving English teaching pedagogy. ELPs will collaborate on and implement programs in order to improve a cluster of schools' English standards, teaching methodologies, and professional development. They will also be responsible for integrating technology into the curriculum and improving resources available to teachers.
Each ELP will support and mentor approximately 75 Malaysian English teachers. The role will involve co-teaching, modeling effective strategies, and reporting to an English Language Teacher Consultant (ELTC).
